Paramount Times Square Hotel

First time ever to NYC and I have to admit it was better then I expected when we arrived! The room was very ideal, bath, shower, ironing board and hairdryer. Wasn’t too loud from the sirens and noise from our room! I really enjoyed my stay and felt very safe and comfortable. The lobby is also very cozy make you feel like lounging around. Upon arrival we were able to access our room right away. The room was small, but every inch was used for comfort and all the standard toiletries were there. The cafeteria was not working at the time. The people at the desk was very nice. The location is ideal to do New York on foot or public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facility is amazing, well kept; the food is very good they spend a great deal of time maintaining this property. The #1 reason that I highly recommend this hotel is the people who work there. They are just amazing, attentive, knowledgeable, and address quickly any issue that arises. You can buy some alcohol in the reception but it's a bit too expensive in my opinion!

The best thing about this hotel, is its location, which is 2 mins from Times Square and for a first time visit to NYC, this seemed an incredible stroke of luck! The rooms are well maintained, and have a small safe for belongings (always such a plus). The lobby and bar/restaurant are very nice, I only ate in their once, but it was a delicious meatball dinner and the cocktails were yummy. The lobby area is especially comfy and very modern and interestingly decorated. They also have a very secure system for storing luggage if you have a gap between check-out and when you need to leave for the airport, so we had peace of mind on our last afternoon, knowing we could come back for our bags without issue. The rooms are a little small, and quite functional, we tended to use them just for sleeping, they were not much of a place to hang out in.
