Very happy great location and price got big room 3rd floor staff very friendly room very good with mini kitchen bought with breakfast included which u get in hotel next door expected a full English but got continental u can upgrade for a fiver each but no one told us will stay there again

LikedLarge clean rooms well equipped with tea and coffee facilties. Excellent location 2mins to Holborn station Amazing Breakfast, varied and fresh.
DislikedBaby Cot did not have a proper mattress. When asked if all baby cots are like this, i was told I should have complained on the first day. I was not complaining but asking for future stays.

Spacious room. Furnishing outdated. The sofa bed sinks when you sleep in it. Close to many subway entrance. Very walkable to shops and food. Would recommend for family with young children (under 13).

Worth to stay again. With lift, the room is big, everything is clean. Understand the room facilities are a bit old due to the old premise.

LikedQuiet location and not too far to walk to the Underground.
DislikedCarpet in the bedroom was disgusting. Disappointed that there was no coffee shop in the hotel….we had to walk next door for breakfast. No plug in the bath
