Dislikedwe were given wheelchair access toilet which did not have separate wet and dry area

LikedThe rooms are very big. The bed too. Very comfortable.

LikedEvening staff were great and really helped with luggage as i am temporarily disabled. Shuttle driver was also great. Food menu a bit disappointing but i was able to sit near the evntrance with my dog to have something to eat so on the whole was ok. Dog facilities in the room were fantastic. Thankyou.

DislikedThe receptionist in the morning was rude and on the whole dismissive. Not just to me but to several other non Spanish guests. Spoilt the whole stay with her poor attitude.

DislikedI paid double because I bring with me my 2 daughters with 2 years old.. But they didn’t gave me a bigger room.. I was supposed to pay $140 and finally I paid $300.. that’s a shame!!

LikedLocation and airport shuttle service was fantastic. Close to the metro. Beds were adequately comfortable in both rooms.

DislikedAir conditioner in room did not work. We were so hot through the night. Staff tried to fix but couldn’t. We were moved to another room the next evening. However the next room there were very noisy guests late into the evening and we had an early flight.
