LikedLocation, the breakfast and the staff

DislikedThere were no ventilation in my room and it was one of the rooms without a window. So, the air quality was not good. The bedside table was broken.

LikedLovely hotel and staff. Brilliant location right in the centre of Malmo. Rooms spacious, very quiet and good view of a central square. Breakfast superb and set us up for the day.

DislikedThat we didn’t stay long enough. There was nothing I didn’t like and I will be looking to stay in Scandic hotels going forward (we are already staying in a Scandic in Gothenburg and also Olso if I can book it).

LikedBreakfast was amazing. Location fabulous. Excellent value.

LikedThe hotel is located in the center of Malmo. Underground parking (paid over 200SEK per day) Very nice and helpful staff. Clean bedsheets.

DislikedThe shower in the room didn't work well. We were assigned a new room where the radiator didn't work and the refilable shower gel was empty, luckily we had our own shower gel. Although the breakfasts had a large selection, they did not impress with their taste. The mattresses could be more comfortable. The underground parking lot is too tight for someone who has a larger car. The price we paid for our stay was definitely too high for what we got.

LikedNice location, friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

DislikedOur family room was not cleaned when we arrived. We received our keys, went to the room and noticed the floors were dirty, the beds not made, old coffee cups everywhere and towels on the floor in the bathroom. Then, we were assigned a different room where the kids sofa beds were not made. So i had to go to the reception yet again to ask for sheets. Since we had a short stay, all this back and forth to the reception was tiring.
