entrance of the hotel smell like a urine, room so ordinary, feels like a pension house, not a hotel

We reserved ROW NYC thru Agoda last January 2022. Around November 2022, we were informed that Row NYC can no longer accomodate our reservation. We were pushed from 1 hotel to another. So sad.
