LikedGreat location and friendly staff, conveniently situated near to town, shops, beach and outside restaurants
DislikedEntertainment was lacking, not sure if this gets better in the summer seasons. Only one all inclusive bar, would be nice to be able to drink in more

DislikedMy lock kept breaking to get into the room with a keycard and when we went to staff there was one staff member in particular that was very rude when we were explaining what the problem was. The rooms were not cleaned properly when we ask, clean towels were left on the bed and dirty towels were not taken from room

LikedThis hotel is riddled with ants and bugs . Our bathroom Had an ants nest. The sofa bed has ruined my back and torso after being promised 3 actual beds
DislikedThe pool bae wasn’t open . The hotel is so unclean it’s disgusting . Our bed had stains on it and a terrible smell up arrival there was no lifeguard at the pool

I'm sure I won't go back to that hotel, terrible cleaning, no gym, no heated pool, so-so staff, don't provide correct information to guests. There are other hotels with better locations and better prices in the Algarve. Regards Eduardo Araújo
