DislikedDid not enjoy having our evening dinner in the bar area with one tv playing sports, and another tv playing music. Food was very good though.

I stay 3 night. An old ,less maintenance, and just exploited hotel with good location . Interior is dusty, musty smell in the corridors. A lamp in my room had broken for the long time, make it gloomy in the night. No make up room tag order in the door, so I asked the receptionist to got my room cleaned in the morning. they said their SOP to clean everyday. At 4pm, my room still at it was I complained to receptionist. She said, cant do anything because the house keeping had gone. And I should not complained to her because she didn't know my order. I was angry with her irresponsible answer, and asked to call the manager. He apologised, and will set it up, in 30 minutes. I thanks to him. The next day, I came again ordered to clean my room. this time she is on duty and accepted the. order. At 8 Pm , I came from local tours and found out ,the just tidied up the blanket.. that' s all !! I had no energy to complain. And leaved the hotel in the next morning. Just can't believe this is the 4 stars hotel quality in Inverness ??
