DislikedThe nightly power ballad singers till 11pm. One night would be ok but it was like a retirement village for cruise ship singers. Maybe mix it up with different evenings like Spanish guitar. It's a bit difficult to find a good sized supermarket if you plan to self cater. You would definitely need a car If self catering as local shops were more for arm bands and ice cream..

DislikedOur villa looked on to the carpark and road.

LikedLoved the kids pool and the staff were friendly. The whole resort was immaculately clean. We had a great view from our balcony. Good to be near the water park and 15 min walk to Flamingo beach and lovely restaurants. Really perfect spot for extended family holiday as we could have our own space but be close to the others.

DislikedIt was a shame that the restaurant / bar area didn't open til 12pm - really could have done wiith a proper cae con leche in the morning. Also disappointing that the pastries you can order from receptiondon't arrive tl 11am. The older kids were disappointed that the deep pool was closed for maintenance for 1/2 of the week. My sister's apartment overlooked the car park, so views are variable.

LikedThe apartment and pool were great. Beds extremely comfortable and place very clean. Children's pool was quite warm but other pools were not. My kids loved the pool and facilities such as the giant chess and play areas. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating and speedy to assist in any requests and queries. The restaurant was very nice and food good, nice atmosphere etc, however it didn't open until midday.

DislikedRestaurant didnt open until midday. We would have liked breakfast or brunch there on occasion. The nearest supermarket was not very good - expensive and limited in choice. The resort was also just that little bit far from Playa Blanca centre and beach for my young children, age 5 and 7 to walk especially in evenings or In the hot sun. So we had to get Taxis a lot which were not always easy to get coming back in the late evening.
