I don't know what has happened to MORGAN SUITES but the place has gone to $h!% my husband and I use to stay all the time but since my husband was diagnosed with advanced stage 3 colon cancer over a yr ago we had to limit our travels for his treatment.. we use to rate MORGAN SUITES 100% top place to stay in West end, but now... it's horrible and dirty. And reception at the desk are heartless. We checked in last minute after hours and the lady on the phone was amazing. But the office in person the young bloke was rude and just didn't give two shits. One customer before me didn't have a flight back to Melbourne until after midday, he said no to late check out because they are "under staffed" and offered luggage hold they would have to wait elsewhere until flight and we didn't have radiation and chemo until 12 as well.. my husband has been so sick and needed late check out he refused us too. I told him to stick it. I had washing on Wether he liked it or not we were not going until then dur to my husband being ill on OUR own blanket. He rushed us and because of that my husband ended up dropping to the ground with exhaustion! And just about knocked him out. I am disgusted and horrified. No way in hell will we ever go back again. Formal complaint has been made.
