Likedthe hotel is located in a quiet, safe area, 150 m from San Bernardo metro station - line 4. In front of the hotel is a small park, helpful for families with children. The reception staff was very kind and professional. In the room and the common spaces, an exemplary cleanliness. breakfast was varied, with quality products and fresh orange juice. We had a pleasant stay and we will definitely come back.

LikedThe lobby and hotel are very beautiful. Our room was comfortable and we loved the woman who took care of our floor. She is an excellent cleaner and was very hospitable every time we crossed each other. (Room 611) The location is great and most spots are easily reached by walking. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars and formal restaurants in the area, too.

DislikedWe had a horrendous neighbor that knocked on our door five minutes after returning from dinner. She stated that we needed to be quiet so that she could sleep. We were simply discussing the days events and the delicious meal. (The windows were open.) I politely apologized and we went to sleep. The following night we were very conscious about our neighbor and kept our conversation quiet but received a PRANK CALL from her room. She hung up on my husband without saying a word. I was livid to say the least. She THEN sent the front desk to knock on our door and gauge the situation. We were literally in, bed lights out, and with our PJs on. He realized that our neighbor was greatly exaggerating the “disturbance.” He was very courteous and the following morning the lady was moved to a different room. There was a lot of confusion around the air conditioner use during our first few nights. (We stayed for seven nights.) The first three nights the air conditioner was set to heating while the county was at 30°C. Our floor manager (She wore a black blazer with gold name tag) stated an engineer would switch it over on Monday. When I asked the front desk, the woman on shift (shoulder length blond hair) stated that they do not switch their system until June 1st. She told us to open the windows to cool the room. (That’s fine we are from Puerto Rico and are used to the heat but just be straightforward with the issue.) I reached out to booking.com to document those days and was surprised to receive a reply stating that the air conditioning had now been turned on. Even though we had the cool setting on the lowest temperature of 17°C and the fan at its highest, it never got cooler than 21.6° at best. We did not raise any further issues since not much could be done at that point.
