Everything was good, except the shower, water was dripping from the bathtub to the floor.
We stayed at the Aetas Hotel for two nights at a Deluxe room at the 16th floor. The room itself was generous in terms of the size and we liked the kingsize bed. Nontheless, there are a few things to complain: - The darkout courtain is not darkening the room since the side cover is missing. - The bathrobe provided had holes. Wearing it felt itchy and producedsmall red patches on the skin, we had to remove it. - Bathroom: the bin for the body lotion was dripping on the washstand all the time - There was no opening handle on the inside of the shower door so we had to fumble around to open it. The door always closed with a bang, there was no protection to close it quietly. - The breakfast was okay but the service really bad: The staff cleared the tables 10 mins before the time the buffet should close. For drinks just black tea and american coffee are included. You'll have to pay if you want capuccino, green tea or the like. Coffee cups were even removed earlier and we had to work hard to get another coffee. We also had to ask for cream and sugar which always took minutes since the service is careless and not attentive. All in all, these things are not suitable for a 5 star hotel. We wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone and won't come again.
