We arrived very late at night and were welcomed with the such a smile it made us feel right at home. Our room was perfect. A lovely bedroom with a desk and TV and then off that a sitting room with a lounge chair and table. The kitchen was equipped with coffee, tea and a welcome gift of fruit. The bathroom was exquisite with a deep bath and separate shower. Our view over the city spectacular. We were close to the train and bus station and very close to wonderful food out lets. The staff were always helpful when we asked about places to go and see. A wonderful establishment.
Staffs were pleasant and very helpful. However, late check out may not be possible here. Maximum leeway that they gave was 15 minutes; it is understandable as the hotel was having a high demand/check-in. Overall, the place was great, convenient, and clean!
