great location close to all the great amenities of Waikiki

Had booked what we thought was a queen room with ocean view. Check in was smooth with friendly staff. Went up to room to find 2 double beds and upon opening the drapes we were looking at a building under renovation. Back to reception to check that we had been given the right room. Was told that they do not have queen rooms and that we did have an ocean view room if we stand on the balcony. Room was definitely not what we expected and all up was very disappointing
