Reception was excellent, especially the young lady at guest relations/concierge. She was so kind and helpful and always smiling. The ladies cleaning the rooms were also very kind and helpful. However the dinners in the main dining room was quite appalling. I do not think that this hotel is a 4 star but a 3 star.
