the staffs overall were quite nice though the managers are not helpful as well as they didn’t deliver the best of hospitality. we booked 2 rooms and the cleaning always seemed to be delayed until mid day. breakfast was very poor and all the food was the same for everyday apart from the noodles station. we stayed for 8 nights! the management team need to be more trained!

Hotel was great, large rooms perfect for a family. Mostly ate at the hotel during the stay and all deals were delicious. Location was ideal, not in the hustle and bustle of Patong, but walking distance or short tuk tuk ride in.

this is a really nice resort, however it is a nightmare if you are elderly because you are constantly walking up and down steps. it was also difficult to find bars and restaurants because of not enough signage. I wouldn't stay here again because of the steps.

Nice clean resort. Little too far from the action in town and a taxi was required if you wanted to get into the main part of town or back to resort after shopping etc without walking
