wonderful! the staff were exceptional, especially when I was having difficulties with access with my credit card. they solved the problem for me. the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the atmosphere is old worldly and comfortable. this was my fourth time staying there and I will stay again if the opportunity arises!

The hotel room had an overwhelming smell of bleach. Despite opening the windows and running water down the drains , in an effort to remove the smell, it never subsided. I changed rooms but the headache that I developed caused me to leave the following morning. I guess my stay would not be considered “Magical”
