hotel very convenient and provides free shuttle to night markets, ferry terminal, airport express, Tsim tsa Chui etc . However the bus driver for the shuttle service is not friendly.
The air ventilation is very unhealthy and had to change rooms. unfortunately because of the room change we had to move twice to 2 other rooms and it still was not very good air. the ventilation in the entire hotel was toxic from bacteria-filled filters and we both left with sinus infections after 5 nights. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has sinus sensitivities. You will get sick! The staff and management were all very congenial and helpful, but the air ventilation in the hotel needs immediate attention.
clean room with good service . like the candy bar at 6-7. breakfast was good with promotion price , the only con is the location but you can use the free shuttle .
Hotel gave breakfast vouchers were not in the building itself. We have to walk at least 20 minutes to get to the eating place if we miss the shuttle service. Hotel could be upfront with us when we booked to let us know instead of telling us only when we arrive. Variety of breakfast is fixed daily even though we asked the cafe whether we can change based on similar pricing. Answer was no. Hence we felt letdown by the hotel overall service on the free breakfast vouchers. it was not worth the booking at the end.
Very clean and cozy environment. Lobby is brightly lit and welcoming.
