Really it is the first time I stay in the hotel the staff and manger in duty were so friendly. I adviced people who like the comfortable stay in manila.

there were some confusion with my booking ended up the agency upgraded my room, small glitch great customer service for the agency part besides that staff were friendly and accomodating, location is great it was close to everything I needed to go.
