staff were pleasant, room was clean but no room service
hotel was very clean and well presented bed was amazingly comfy. pity there wasnt a small bar fridge in the room. also in the mornings there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. we are non smokers so was a bit alarming. the breakfast was the bigger dissappointment wasted money on that such a shame.
For budget accomodation you cannot go wrong! Clean, excellent service and the Cafe in the foyer is most convienent! Great location also, walking distance to Melbourne shopping district. Staff are super friendly and the housekeeping is spot on! Very affordable & comfortable stay!
