Me and my partner booked 1 executive suite for two nights. However, we learnt soon after arrival that they had over booked the room. As such we ended up in a standard room which had to be located in the worst part of a hotel I could even imagine.. The only window was looking out into a dark hallway, and every time staff decided to use the kitchen, noise barrelled into our room. Due to the previously mentioned location of the room. Although, the concierge that checked us in and showed us to our room was extremely nice. He was trying his hardest to make amends. But was let down by poor management. We ended up only paying for one out of the two nights. However, didn't quite make up for it.
