The hotel is well located, clean and the beds are amazing. However the best thing about the hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff. They were very informative and nothing was a problem. We had just stayed in 5 star hotels in Croatia and Hotel 1898 was far superior. Definitely will be back and would recommend this hotel as a must stay in Barcelona.
