We found the Hotel very clean and the staff helpful and friendly, the score that I gave it being 9.1 was fair. As I have worked in the Hotel area for some 8 years and I am hard task master. If you are staying in Stockholm? and looking for a Good 4 Star hotel, give Birger Jarl a look in.
