great business class hotel & gd location.. mins to e monorail stn. love tis hotel especially the lobby..huge lobby n do have live performance over wkends..great staffs.!
check in at 4:15pm.had to wait until 5:45pm to get the room key.asked for late check out until 2:pm but was rejected by the lady front desk officer argued with her for a while but failed.walked around for a while and asked again,this lady only took few second to say 'Yes'. Something very wrong with the first officer.
