Great location, easy access, clean, comfortable, well priced.
dark and cold rooms. Air conditioning not adjustable and staff unwilling to find alternative
very upset we had walk over plastic & danger signs to get to our room then you had to hit the toilet a few time before it would stop running. We couldn't have a shower there was a few drops coming out. the phone didn't work you had to call the reception by mobile who then would put you on hold. after a night out all we wanted was a shower & spend the day in the city. We had to go straight home. When we spoke to reception they didn't have any other rooms for us to just have a shower they couldn't give us a refund because we didn't book direct with them we booked with you. If you looked out your window there was scrafold everywhere so glad no one working
