I was disappointed when I checked in to see the room wasn't prepared for my stay. There was not any toiletries such as hand soap of shampoo and conditioner, the ironing board was broken and the iron cap fell off when I went to add water to steam. It was very noisy - I could hear couples talking, tv blaring and a baby crying. Then about 2.15am on Saturday the fire alarm went off and it was a false ...

Really enjoyed our stay, friendly staff. Only down side restaurant wasnt open which was a convenince when we stayed there last time, Need some work done on the gardens and more shade and seats by the pool.

we stayed in the hotel room, not much more than a motel room, studio type room with kitchenette, no room cleaning unless stayed longer then 5 nights, change of towels would of been good, a bit tight on the coffee/tea portions waa given 2 tea bags? also only 1 small shampoo and conditioner tube for the 3 nights we stayed. comfortable bed, balcony had outdoor chairs and table but the view was a shru...

After lining up to be served for fifteen minutes we were told our room wasn’t ready even though it was 2pm (check in time) and we were assured if we waited in the car we would receive a phone call shortly. an hour later and no call... we went in and were told sorry they had forgotten us.
