i loved everything about the hotel ...stuff is excellent and the service is excellent
Booked a standard family room, but the sleeper couch wasn't made up. I was told by the night manager that I had to call ahead and arrange it. Was told that the establishment was a hotel and not a bed and breakfast. That comment didn't sit well with me. That ruined an otherwise good evening.
