Firstly, we had arranged airport transport which never showed up, and we had to speak ok the phone 4 times (high roaming costs) without any solution or apology. Secondly, upon sleeping we got very itchy (one of us got rash) we discovered the bedcover had bugs moving visibly, which we filmed and showed to the reception, they were shocked but didn't do much.
