The cleanliness of cutlery in restaurants was very poor. It reflects poorly on the hotel brand. Though the chef apologised in person but to find hair in the prepared food was disappointing. The staff at the lobby bar area seemed untrained & incapable to manage guests. She served us non-veg salad despite reconfirming with us on our vegetarian order for the said salad. The subsequent handling by the staff & her senior was very poor and unprofessional. Disappointed stay.
