in the beginning everything was good. but, the staff was REALLY RUDE!! i had to check out and i needed a help with the bags, i have asked for 4 times and i have waited for 40 minutes but the reciption staff was rude, angury and didnt give any apprecition! I and my mother had to push and pick our bags (4) from the room to the taxi and they were standing there and just looking. when we went down the luggage guy saw us and he said that the RECIPTion did NOT call!! its now my forst time in AMBA but i was shocked from the service and I don’t recommend anymore
