I waited 2hrs for a bucket of ice, called them 3 times... I think that was the biggest disappointment, reception was ok friendly.

The hotels about 15mins from Changi airport. There is a free shuttle and the main reason i stayed there. The bonus was it was a very nice room, staff and pool. i would recommend a visit.
