Very clean and well maintained. The pool atrium is absolutely beautiful with live palm trees, tons of tropical plants, water slide and waterfalls. Feels like being on a tropical vacation! My mother and I were staying bc my step father had heart surgery in London so we didn't know how long we needed the room for, so we rebooked for a few days at a time, the front desk staff were outstanding at keeping us in the same room for 2 weeks.
