The location is perfect, and tha's all. The frontdest staff was not friendly, actually he was very cold. He even said any greetings to us, which I've never experienced in any hotels so far. Unfortunately, the bad first impression continued. The room condition was horrible. I found previous guests' hair and dustballs here and there, and sticky stains on the dest. The roomkeeping was very disappointing. She seemed to forget some of her duties, so we had to call and ask for something. I wonder why they even charge 'destination fee'. Overall, overrated.
