My second stay at the hotel and as always the service was impeccable. Management take a genuine interest in ensuring guest satisfaction. My room this time was slightly larger and had a good shower . Everything in Rome is easily accessible from the hotel. My concern is that the park opposite is populated by the lowest forms of humanity known to mankind.

The staff are excellent and take a great pride in ensuring guests are extremely comfortable. Management run the place very efficiently. Staff endeavour to cater to all guest needs. My only concern is that the area/park in front of the hotel is overpopulated with undesirables looking to engage in criminal activity.

rooms are small, walls are paper thin, when another guest on the same floor closes his/her door, my door will make a very loud noise, brakefast was ok. with the price i paid theres alot of good options. what i loved the most is the staff, super nice people.
