The room is very nice, clean and comfortable, make me like back a home. Transport is very convenient, in front of the hotel have a local bus stop, 2 mins to JR Chuo-Sobu Line Okubo Station, 7 mins to JR Yamanote Line Shin-Okubo Station, only 10 mins walking to Shinjuku Station West Exit. The 1st floor of the hotel is an Aeon convenient store open till 0:00 and Saizeriya Italian Restaurant open till 02:00. Your stomach will never empty.
Great hotel with good spacious rooms and helpful English speaking staff. We were upgraded to a room with small kitchenette and there was a supermarket next door, also a very reasonably priced Italian restaurant. The hotel is only about 100m from the railway station but the only disadvantage was having to get into Shinjuku each time, to connect with the subway system. There was good local shopping and a good breakfast.
