1. No portable WIFI device in room provide to guest (In hotel website, portable WIFI device will be provided) 2. We enquired the manager in front desk, he promise us can provide one after 12pm next day. When we arrived at 2pm next day, the staff give us WIFI device indicate battery low and can no use.
Good experience. Just need to wait lift for some time and no swimming pool
not sure whether there were different room set-ups but the bath tub at the entrance (of a twin room) without a door was a bit inconvenient. the room lighting was also quite dark - and some bits were dusty.
everything is good
Rooms on the older side but had charm. The staff was very helpful. In particular, Ken, the concierge went out of his way to help us find places which sold a special type of film for our camera and opening times. That made a difference to us.
