I always use either Rosedale or Dorsett(right next to each other) when I have a long business trip on Kowloon side. Both of them are clean and friendly, I do prefer Rosedale's interior design. More cozy and warm feeling. They often remember their previous customers and offer free upgrade. I would say the staffs of Dorsett seems more professionally trained, in terms of their service and communication, however, the staffs of Rosedale are good too. You will probably experience a similar level of service in both places, so choose the one which is slightly cheaper depends on the dates you travel. They both have shuttle bus, located on the same street, the room sizes are both small (but it's a regular size in HK)
Some of the staff are not really so helpful
Location of the hotel was pretty nice. But if you cannot walk more than 3~4 mins from the subway station, then I don't recommend it. The gym is like super small btw. However, it's not crowded as most of the guests are not staying here to work out. So you can use the gym without waiting even though there are only two treadmills and one or two other equipment. The room was fine. But window seemed so unsafe. The frame was too narrow and you cannot open the window. The shower was bit of a problem. Hot and cold water wasn't supplied constantly although I didn't make complaints about it. There is a shuttle bus service. Which I didn't know until I arrive at the hotel. The shuttle bus takes you to many major spots in near area. This saves you some money every morning. (it's for free and how come I didn't see this from any of the websites? lol). People were very nice just like anywhere in HongKong. They always helped me with a big smile although some of the male staffs were a bit rude to me. The restaurant isn't really nice as it is promising in the ads. I went to the Sonata buffet, but I wasn't so satisfied. Although it is clean and always full of many people so maybe it wasn't just right for me. I think overall, you are already not looking at the luxury 5 stars hotel right now. If you want the perfect hotel, of course, this isn't the right one. However, for the price range it offers, I think this hotel was really nice.

The superior room is very small but its cleanliness and comfort is superb. Staff give excellent service. I remember I ask one housekeeper, Ms Zoe Wong (if not mistaken), to help me do some setting with the handy phone. She apparently made all efforts to assist yet to no avail as I knew later on that the feature was switched off by the provider. I found that the shuttle bus is really convenient. Location is quite far from Mong Kok Station. Water pressure was very lousy and the water temperature was very hard to adjust. it would be either too hot and too cold. the handy phone was not to my expectation as the internet was always slow and battery drained out fast. Anyway we would still consider going back to Rosedale if we can get irresistable offer.
