Great Location and Great Hotel

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and it never fails to impress or disappoint. The location of this hotel can not be beat, it is walking distance to the subway and also several hop on hop off bus tours. Time square is a 2 minute walk (literally end of the small street. If you are looking for somewhere to stay I HIGHLY recommend this place.

convenient and comfortable

the row was at a prime location, which was convenient when it was my first time in New York. it was close to the subway, a stop for the hop on and hop off bus (if u decide to use it). it was only 2 blocks from time square. overall I love the Row and I'm going to use it again it I was to return back to NYC.

i was with my kid and we had a problem with the key .. it wasn't working at all so i had to go down n up everytime i want to enter my room .. but all in all it was an oki stay .. thanks

Small Rooms but convenient location

My initial check in was not the best, the front desk agent did not let me know if my room was upgraded or what my final price would be. He also did not provide us with any information such as where everything was in the hotel as well, we had to find out ourselves. I was also offered a free drink voucher if I shared my stay but never received it. I emailed reservations 3 times during my stay but did not receive a reply.

Beauty In The Great Location

It may be an awesome inn and superbly arranged fair of times square on 8th AvenueThe staff are exceptionally courteous and inviting particularly front desk. The hotel rooms are roomy and cleaned each day by the housekeepers who were great. There's a small shop inside for sweets/snacks/drinks and other travel things. There are PC's you'll utilize to print off trip tickets free of charge. The location of the hotel is excellent. I would recommend this hotel who plan to visit New York City as the hotel rooms are priced at a very reasonable rate too.

Love It.

Everything about this place was perfect. It was modern, stylish and great in every way. Everything was perfect in the room and the bar made amazing cocktails. The rooms are not huge, but there are comfortable beds, warm comforters, thick towels, great smelling soap and shampoo and the best shower head in any hotel that I've every stayed in. The location couldn't have been more convenient. Our stay included a free breakfast and that was a wonderful way to start the day. The view was awesome from our room at night. The room could have used a coffee maker and a way to boil water for tea. When I'm away from home I still like to have my tea.There was very little downside to our experience at The Milford. I would highly recommend staying here.

great location clean and staff were friendly and very helpful

the hotel is in a great location and the room was very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. only problem was that the lifts couldnt keep up with the amount of people there but we were there first week of july so it was very busy. this was our second time staying here and would recommend it.

Excellent Staff

Great location, very clean and cozy hotel. The design, style and decoration are very nice and modern. Staff and security are good. Parking is a bit far though. Slept and relaxed well. Amenities are awesome, and complete. This has become my favorite place to stay when we travel to the city. The cost, room size, staff and location are the best I have experienced in my many trips. We typically come in for a weekend and have always been able to get a room here, which is the largest room for the price of any other hotel I have used in the city. A lovely hotel with excellent staff and amazing customer service in a good location. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and check-in was really quick and prompt. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay near Times Square. It is also close to the Metro and Bus Station and Theater District. Lovely bar with friendly staff.

Clean, convenient, cost-friendly!

We got a free upgrade as the room that we initially booked was not ready upon checking in. The receptionist was very kind to have to change the room for us. The place is located 5 minutes away from Times Square, which is a very ideal location for me.
