the hotel facilities are excellent but they have some old rooms and also some construction and renovation work going on (below the lobby floor) , they gave me one of the old small rooms and didnt want to change it until i shout and started to make troubles. and restaurant staff were not friendly

I am very glad to had experience stay at Sunway Resort Spa. The breakfast was good and nice.

Room was great.Very spacious and good view of lagoon.Would be nice if slippers were replenished daily.Soap could have a better fragrance.Door lights were not working. Standard of breakfast was not as good as before.Would be nice if the corrider linking hotel to the shopping centre did not have a strong cigarette smoke presence.
