    Warmth Welcomed!!!

The Ross have it absolutely nailed. The reception is warm and inviting , staff are very friendly. The décor of the hotel is proper boutique with lots of cool nooks to chill and hide away. Cocktails in the bar are awesome .The bar tenders really know what they are doing. we tried most of the cocktail menu. Cellar one restaurant is delicious and the breakfasts are all cooked to order which is so rarely seen in hotels these days . I've stayed in the Ross over 10 times over the last few years and I'll continue to stay for years to come. definitely my personal favourite in Killarney.

    Awesome Experience

This hotel was very cool and modern . Lovely colors and interiors with two lovely fireplaces in reception . The double room rate was relatively good. The room was very nice a very big shower but not too powerful . A nespresso machine in the room was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was the best thing which was so central to pubs and shops. We used the public car park behind the plaza which was only a few minutes walk. It's free parking there after 6 pm I think. The only thing that I can complain about was the size of the bed. We ate in the bar here too and the food was excellent.
