The room is spacious, my daughter loves it coz she had a lot of room to play with her cousins. But the checking in was a challenge there is a long que checking in. Some of the guest were complaining and upset about the wait. Thankfully the room i booked is available right away. Most of the hotel i book usually gives me an early check in the most is 12 but unfortunately H2O dont have that kind of service. Overall it was ok but it did not meet my expectations.
