only paid around hk$800/night which is a super bargain for a 4-star hotel in Hong Kong. positive : 1) super friendly staff from reception, conceriege to cleaning lady 2) room v clean 4) amenities in room are of high quality 5) free minibar (with beers, snack !) in room and in common guest lounge 5) 3 mins walking distance to MRT station, bus stop 1-2 mins walk from hotel taking you to many places in Hong Kong island, and Kowloon negative 1) my room is on 8th floor right next to the small cat flyover - super noisy, can’t sleep. window is not double gazed ! 1) v small n bad layout room (no side table/desk) - but they are v helpful to provide me with a portable one which I ve to put it the hallway

The hotel rendered excellent service, responding quickly to my question on how to check in by my husband when the hotel room was booked under my name. He did check in smoothly. The hotel also helped us resolved another issue after checking in. This hotel is keen to provide a total experience for us, and is highly recommended.
