Patio doors lead back into the studio which consists of 2 single beds with a large mirror, and bedside tables with bedside lights. There is also a single sofa bed, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, DVD player, and wifi internet access. The owners thoughtfully have arranged some bookshelves with a selection of books for guests to borrow. There is also a ceiling fan to keep the studio chilled. The kitchen area consists of a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, sink, and 2-ring hob. There is also a dining table and 3 chairs. The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC, and washing machine. The lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. Families only.
