About Beldibi

Beldibi is a sun-splashed resort set between lush forests and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. It sits on the Turkish Riviera and is known for its stunning beach and crystal-clear water. Beldibi is also surrounded by a string of historic sites, including prehistoric caves and an ancient Lycian city.

Things to do in Beldibi

Fringed by pebbly white sand and lush palms, Beldibi Beach is great for swimming and sunbathing. You can relax under a beach umbrella or enjoy banana boats, paddleboards and other water sports. The breezy wooden boardwalk is a beautiful place for a stroll at sunset.

Head inland and you'll find a collection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Most of the action is clustered along Ataturk Street, Beldibi's main thoroughfare. Save your appetite for juicy doner kebabs, flaky borek pastries and syrupy baklava.

Turkey's Mediterranean Coast is studded with Stone Age caves. Beldibi Cave offers a glimpse at Turkey's prehistoric roots with its ancient paintings and stone tools. Carved into the hillsides, Goynuk Canyon lures you in with its cascading waterfalls, crystal-clear pools and zip-lining tours.

Historians will jump at the chance to visit Phaselis. The ancient Lycian city is set in the foothills of the Bey Mountains and is scattered with ruins. As you stroll through the pine forests you'll find Roman baths, enormous pillars and a tiered amphitheatre. Don't forget your swimsuit, because the ruins are just steps from a trio of aquamarine bays fringed by pebbly beaches.
