Things to do in Emei Township

Hike to the summit of Lion's Head Mountain and unlock sweeping views over the surrounding forests and peaks. Parts of the trail are steep and feature moss-covered stone steps. Dozens of temples dot the slopes of the mountain and echo its spiritual significance.

The Shuilian Bridge Trail is a beautiful hike in the southern corner of Emei Township. It takes around 30 minutes to complete and takes you across a river and through a forested gorge. Peer into Shulian Cave to see bats hanging from the ceiling.
