The fort’s laneways reveal various cultural attractions, including the Jaisal Art Gallery and Raja Ka Mahal. The latter is a former palace turned museum with priceless furnishings and belongings from its palace days.

Head to The Thar Heritage Museum for guided tours through the comprehensive collection of folk art and historical artefacts, including cooking tools and sand sculptures. Afterwards, visit the Folklore Museum to see culturally-significant artefacts, such as ancient ruins.

Drive six kilometres from Jaisalmer to see the 16th-century stone cenotaphs at Bada Bagh before visiting the majestic Bara Bagh Temple.
