The first interactive children’s museum in the Philippines, Museo Pambata is situated in the historic Elks Club Building. It’s designed as a place where children can play and explore, with seven themed rooms packed with hands-on exhibits focusing on science, the environment and the human body.
Step back in time to discover turn-of-the-century Manila in the Old Manila room and be inspired by different jobs in the Career Options display. Environmental issues facing the world are explored through a simulated rainforest and the colourful exhibits of Under the Sea.
Learn how various organs function in the human body while getting hands-on in the My Body Works room, then practice your entrepreneurial skills in the recreated Marketplace. The Museo Pambata also boasts an impressive collection of dolls from around the globe, together with a children’s library stocked with engaging books.
The Museo Pambata is located in the Ermita district of Manila and easily accessed by bus stops near the southwest corner of Rizal Park. It’s a 15-minute walk from the historic Intramuros district and around 20 minutes’ drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
