A lovely one-bedroom air conditioned apartment in the front-line complex of Parque Santiago 2, located in Playa de las Americas. The apartment has new kitchen and bathroom, new beds & new furniture throughout, full kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave & washing machine, 43" Smart tv with BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, Sky News etc as well as Netflix & Prime Video (to log into), bedside internet radio (BBC radio 1, 2, 3, 4 etc) and a DVD player with 50+ movies to choose from. There is free wifi access in the apartment from a private router offering download speeds of up to 100mbps (fast!). There is also free wifi at the pool and throughout the complex. The apartment is located on the third floor with fantastic views of Teide and surrounding landscape and part-views of the sea (no lift). There is a large sunny balcony (sun from early morning to late afternoon) with extendible awning for shade. The open plan design of the apartment makes it ideal only for a couple or a couple with pre-teen children and is not suitable for 4 adults.
