Very nice and cosy 2 bedroom apartment for max. 5 people, recently and completly renovated in Costa Adeje. 7min walking to the beach( Playa de Fañabe)and 5 min walking to the supermarket Gran Sur ( Mercadona, restaurants, bars and shops). 2 terraces, there is BBQ place in one of them. Fully kitchen equipment with dish washer, oven,coffee-machine and microwave. Bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine. 1 bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds. Living room with open sofa and TV( international channels). Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms has ceiling fans. WI-FI in the apartment. There is also iron, hair dryer, hoover,safe and baby cod. It is prohibited to smoke inside the apartment. It is not suitable for pets. Max.5 persons. In the complex there is 7 swimming pools. On the winter time one pool is heated. Another pool is lonised and not chlorinated. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. FOR A LATE NIGHT CHECK IN WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS- THERE IS €30 EXTRA CHARGE BY CASH FOR A PERSON WHO WILL BRING A KEYS!!!
